Ashes - what you need to know.
I hand select every piece of cremation ashes that go into your personal memorial jewellery. Taking great care to position it in a way that they will be the beautiful feature they should be.
If, however, you wish for the cremation ashes to be hidden within your design, I can do that for you. You'll know they are there. All ashes are different, meaning that if I am not able to hand select specific pieces, I will advise you of this when I see them.
When making items, I work very hard at creating one piece of glass, two for matching jewellery items. If for any reason I have needed to make extra, especially when matching earrings or cufflinks, these will be sent to you with any remaining ashes.

When you send me your loved one's cremation ashes for me to hand create your bespoke memorial jewellery, you are trusting me to look after them in the best way that I can, carry out the relevant processes and safely return the unused ashes to you.
My commitments are as follows;
The ashes are kept in my locked premises at all times.
All processes are carried out at my premises, and not transfered to a 3rd party, other workshop or organisation.
They are kept in a sealed bag with your order details.
They are marked clearly with the order details including the order number, name of deceased and customer's name.
When pieces are produced, they are made separately from other orders by me. I personally make all of your jewellery from start to finish and therefore the ashes are secure at all times.

Your Memorial Jewellery
Making your jewellery is so important to me.
You've taken your time to choose your design and colour, it's now time for me to make it. You will receive your order pack within 5 days of confirming you'd like to go ahead with your order.
I quote 6-8 weeks from the day I receive the ashes but I aim to get your piece made as soon as I can. I hand make every aspect of your jewellery (except chains) from the design through to the final polish. I take great care and have attention to detail which means your jewellery will be of a very high quality.
